It is my honor to support birthing people in our community, from pregnancy through birth and postnatal time, with evidence-based information. My aim is to foster positive outlooks, experiences and well-being, to improve birthers' experience and pave the way for a healthy next generation. I am passionate about nutrition and supported self healing and growth. Team work and community are pillars of why I love what I do.
I completed Birth and Postpartum Doula trainings at Natural Resources. Since 2020 I've been fortunate to be able to completely devote to work as a Birth and Postpartum Doula. Around my clients' (families') EDD windows, I volunteer at SFGH as a Birth Doula and in Lactation/ Postpartum, and am a coordinator for incoming Doula volunteers.
