Hello! Nice to e-meet you! My name is Aléxia Dorneles, I am based in the San Francisco Bay Area and support families with compassionate Postpartum Care. My approach combines nurturing care with a strong foundation in education, a commitment to birth equity and justice, and inclusive support for LGBTQIA+ families, helping parents feel informed, supported, and confident as they transition into parenthood.

Why do families choose to work with me? 

With several years of hands-on experience caring for infants and young children, including Montessori-informed childcare, I bring a deep understanding of early childhood development and responsive caregiving. My background in education, biology, and public health allows me to support families with thoughtful guidance while creating a calm and nurturing environment where parents can rest, recover, and build confidence in their parenting journey.
