I am a birth and postpartum doula, prenatal and children’s yoga teacher, and mother of two. Originally from Venezuela, I lived in France before moving to San Francisco 10 years ago, where motherhood transformed the direction of my life and work.

Before becoming a full-time mom, I worked in research and studied at university in France. My passion for science, well-being, and lifelong learning continues to guide the way I support families today.

My journey into birth work was deeply inspired by my own experiences with doulas. During my pregnancies and births, I felt the power of being supported, heard, and reassured during such an important transition. That support stayed with me and eventually led me to pursue doula training through DONA International and through Natural Resources.
