About
Hello, I’m Ashley. I’m a Certified Postpartum Doula, Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef, and Somatica® trained Intimacy Coach.
For the past decade, I’ve had the honor and delight of nurturing individuals and families.
Postpartum is a tender threshold—a time of profound transformation—and I’m devoted to making this passage as soft, sweet, and nourishing as possible.
My practice is built on five pillars: nourishment, rest & recovery, support, connection, and warmth. I cook with intention, creating simple, restorative meals that promote healing from the inside out. Guided by traditional postpartum wisdom and the principles found in The First Forty Days, each meal is designed to replenish the body, support lactation, and comfort the soul—always warm, nutrient-dense, and rooted in care.
Support also extends beyond the kitchen. With training in communication and relational awareness, I bring gentle insight to the emotional landscape of new parenthood. I’m attuned not only to the birthing person and baby, but also to partners, who sometimes struggle to find their footing in this new landscape. I help families navigate shifting rhythms of connection so everyone feels seen, supported, and resourced.
My approach is grounded, inclusive, and deeply human. I don’t see care and nourishment as luxuries; I see them as essentials for lifelong wellbeing.
My offering includes:
- Guidance on lactation, pumping & feeding
- Newborn care support (bathing, soothing & sleep)
- Teach baby cues to build confidence
- Support partners in their new roles & facilitate sibling introductions
- Kitchen & pantry organization
- Prepare warm, nutrient-rich meals & herbal teas
- Stock fridge & freezer for easy-to-grab options
- Support lactation through hydration & nutrition
- Tend to light household tasks & baby laundry
- Recognizing signs of depletion, strain, or depression
- Guidance on self-care, movement & breath-work
- Create calming rituals & additional support to promote rest
- Hold space for emotional processing & grief'
- Encourage boundaries with visitors
- Share local resources
It’s an incredible privilege to walk beside families during this chapter—to witness their resilience, their courage, and the quiet love that grows in those first weeks together. I’m always honored to be part of that story, and I hope to be part of yours.

December 6, 2025 at 10:05 amThere is truly not enough pen and paper in the world to put my gratitude into words for the care she provided for our entire family. Ashley was there for us after the birth of each of our two daughters and we wouldn’t have it any other way. She stepped in, waved her magic wand and improved literally every aspect of our lives. Her skill set is endless but the best thing about her is her outlook on life. Even on the darkest days, she has the kindest, most inspiring energy and always makes me laugh.
She helped me to accomplish many things that I’d been avoiding and gave me the tools to stay productive after she’d left. Things got planned, organized and accomplished before I even had to ask. As a new mom, you’re utterly exhausted, your body and mind really need to rest and recuperate and having Ashley by your side allows you to do so. – Jennifer B.

December 6, 2025 at 10:05 amAshley is the Marry Poppins that every new parent needs. She is magical and possess many skills, but the things that meant the most to me were the home organization, the cooking and the general inspiring aura she possesses. She not only cooked the most mouthwatering, satiating and nutritious food, but she also coached me on how to plan for and cook these things myself after she’d left!
Ashley is now, and always will be, a part of our family. She was born to nurture and it was an absolute privilege to have her be a part of our parenting journey.” – Marc B.
