Hand in Hand builds a just and caring economy starting in our homes and communities. We support families and individuals who employ nannies, house cleaners, home care workers, and attendants to understand that their homes are workplaces through workshops and resources.  We also organize our network to pass policies that strengthen protections for domestic workers and win public investment in care for families, people with disabilities, and older adults.
