Indicate whether you are an individual provider or a place serving pregnant people, new parents, or families. REQUIRED: View the instructions at this link on how to set up your listing. Pay special attention to the requirement for images. Improperly sized images will get cropped and may result in your listing being removed from the directory. Tip: If you have a place the public can visit and provider team members, and you'd like the both to have their own listing choose "Place" for now. Later you can purchase a "Provider" listing for your team member(s) and affiliate them with your location. If you'd like more than 3 listings you can choose the "TEAM" package on the next page. It allows for both place & provider listings at a discount.
