It’s a period in which you’re confronting unhelpful patterns passed down from generations. Sometimes it feels like too much. In this time of adjustment, there is also so much possibility. I am the mother of two, I completed the doula training at Natural Resources, and I have fifteen years experience as an expressive arts therapist and MFT at UCSF. In my private practice I help people like you build skills to creatively cope with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. My specialization includes a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). You can learn methods to calm, clarify, and tap into new viewpoints. You can do this!
