Perfectionism — my ticket to success in career and life — made me feel like a failure at motherhood. If anything went wrong, even if anything felt hard, that meant I was doing it wrong.

But I found a way to stop punishing myself and find my groove. I've learned to let go of a picture of what motherhood was supposed to look like and with open eyes start doing things my own way.

And it turns out that's what we ALL need to do, in our own ways, to kiss overwhelm goodbye and find flow — in motherhood and in life.
