I am a birth and postpartum doula, lactation consultant, and placenta encapsulator supporting families throughout the SF Bay Area.  I started my journey in 2014 with pregnancy of my third child by getting a midwife for a home birth.  My two prior births were in a hospital (induction, epidural, vaginal birth) and they were good outcomes, but delivering at home, no pressure, and in the water was a game changer.  I knew that this empowered birth is what I wanted for everyone.  Fast forward to the present, and I have been helping families throughout the Bay Area navigate pregnancy, labor, birth, and beyond.  Let's chat about how I can support you and your partner!
