Doula Cara

I am a Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and the mom of two boys. I believe that your body knows what to do to birth your baby and that my presence during labor can be soothing, helpful and empowering. I am excited to be that presence for your birth!

I am a native Northern Californian and graduated from UC Santa Cruz. I attended the Natural Resources Birth Doula Training and am also a certified Childbirth Educator.
