As an embodiment teacher, doula, coach and photographer for over two decades, I help women cultivate embodiment and expand pleasure through coaching, yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices and mindfulness.

With over 20 years of experience in teaching yoga for women’s health, I specialize in sharing practices to tone your pelvic floor, enliven your sexual energy and help you heal from pain, numbness and trauma so that you can enjoy all the pleasure your body has to offer.

I hold loving space for you to feel deeper into your body, allowing whatever is needed to be felt to come through, liberating you into living a life led by your desires and values, whether that be through a 1:1 coaching container or in a group,

Through this work, my clients release blocks to pleasure, confidence and ease, while deepening their connection to their bodies and expanding their capacity to open more easily for their pleasure, their power, and if pregnant (or desiring to be), for their babies.

At Natural Resources I offer my signature course, Preparing Your Vagina for Birth, which explores relaxation and embodiment practices, along with timeless wisdom to help you feel confident in your body, baby and birth.

I founded the Juicy Ladies community in 2018, with the intention to bring more embodied joy, pleasure and connection into the lives of women of all ages and life stages. I love helping women remember that they are strong, wise and intuitive, guiding them to meet the challenges of life with openness and softness. My playful nature and passion for balancing rest and recreation, creates nourishing practices, empowering mentorship and immersive experiences in community.
